TEJJARI is committed to ensuring you are satisfied with every purchase. This policy complies with Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 on Trading through Modern Technology.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided:

The item is in its original, unopened, and sealed condition

The original packaging is intact and undamaged

All accessories, manuals, cables, and included items are present

The item has not been used, installed, or tampered with

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is provided
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:

Items returned after the 7-day window

Items that have been opened, used, or show signs of installation

Items with missing accessories, packaging, or documentation

Activated digital licences or downloadable software

Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modification
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, TEJJARI will cover return shipping and offer either:

A full refund to your original payment method, or

A replacement (subject to stock availability)
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos or video of the issue.
5. How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number, item(s) to return, and reason

We will review within 1–2 business days and confirm eligibility

If approved, pack securely in original packaging with all accessories

Ship using a trackable courier (return shipping at customer's expense unless item is faulty/incorrect)
Do not ship items back without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.
