1. Overview
TEJJARI ships across all seven emirates of the UAE via our courier partners. This policy outlines delivery timeframes, fees, and what to expect after placing your order.
2. Shipping Coverage
We ship to all UAE emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. We do not currently ship internationally.

Business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays. Timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order value and delivery location. TEJJARI periodically runs free shipping promotions above a qualifying order threshold. These promotions are announced via our social media channels. The applicable shipping fee will always be displayed clearly before you confirm your order.
5. Order Processing
Orders are processed Sunday to Thursday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM UAE time on a business day are typically dispatched the same or next business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or public holidays are processed the following business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately, followed by a dispatch notification with tracking details once collected by our courier.
6. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you have not received a tracking update within 2 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.
7. Failed Deliveries
TEJJARI is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from:

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer

Recipient unavailable after multiple delivery attempts

Delivery refused by the recipient
Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, photograph the packaging and item before opening and contact us within 24 hours. For shipments with no tracking movement for more than 7 business days after dispatch, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
