1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing tejjari.com or placing an order with TEJJARI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. TEJJARI operates under a Ras Al Khaimah Innovation City commercial licence in the United Arab Emirates.

2. About TEJJARI

TEJJARI is a direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand offering general merchandise across multiple product categories. We ship UAE-wide and are committed to providing a quality shopping experience.

3. Eligibility

To place an order with TEJJARI, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age (in accordance with Federal Decree Law No. 25 of 2025, effective June 2026)

• Be a resident of the UAE or have a valid UAE delivery address

• Provide accurate and complete personal and payment information

TEJJARI reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

4. Products & Pricing

4.1 Product Listings

We take care to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. However, TEJJARI does not warrant that all product information is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update listings at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Pricing

All prices displayed on tejjari.com are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT at 5% will be applied at checkout in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations. Prices may change without notice.

4.3 Availability

Product availability is subject to stock. In the event a product is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative, a backorder, or a full refund.

5. Orders & Payment

5.1 Order Confirmation

When you place an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Acceptance of your order occurs when it is dispatched.

5.2 Payment Methods

TEJJARI accepts payment via:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)

• Apple Pay and Google Pay

• Tabby — Buy Now Pay Later (subject to Tabby's eligibility terms)

• Tamara — Buy Now Pay Later (subject to Tamara's eligibility terms)

Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments. TEJJARI does not store payment card details.

5.3 Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible — please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

TEJJARI ships UAE-wide via our courier partners. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days. Timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details. Key terms: returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for items in original unopened condition; refunds processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

8. Warranties

Products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. TEJJARI acts as a reseller and is not the original manufacturer. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for full details.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, TEJJARI's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific product. TEJJARI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on tejjari.com — including the TEJJARI name, logo, wordmark, product descriptions, images, and marketing materials — is the property of TEJJARI and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without prior written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

12. Changes to These Terms

TEJJARI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to tejjari.com. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
